How to find us:

Exit M5 at Junction 28 (Cullompton) and drive through Cullompton town centre. Take the B3181 (Broadclyst/Exeter) for approximately 3 miles. Turn left straight after the Merry Harriers Pub. Just before you reach the village of Clyst Hydon, turn sharp right (sign posted for The Five Bells/Village Hall/Swimming Pool). You will pass The Five Bells on your right, continue up the hill and at Hoop Cross T-junction, turn left. Follow the road towards Clyst St Lawrence, where you will see Upton Farm signposted on your right.

Upton Farm B&B is an ideal location to break a long journey for those travelling further South West, into South Devon or Cornwall. Easy access from the M5 at Cullompton.
